Getting Started!

I sort of started dieting for the show (I'm still 20 weeks out). I am working with Mike Davies on my diet. Here's what it looks like:
1. 5 Egg Whites w/ Cream of Rice & 12 Raspberries!!!
2. Protein Shake w/ Peanut Butter
3. 2 oz Flank Steak, 3 oz. Chicken, Rice & Black Beans
4. Protein Pancakes
5. 4 oz. Tuna & Almonds
6. Flank Steak again w/ Veggies & Potato or Rice
7. Protein Shake
8. Sugar Free Pudding!!!!

It's way to much food now! It's going to take me a few weeks before I'm hungry enough to really eat it all. Oh well, I'll figure it out!

All Setup

So...less than a month until the diet starts! I'm going to work with Mike Davies this year. I've never worked with anyone in the past, but I want to be my best and I know I'll need some help! He's a great guy, very smart, and he's going to help me come in harder and leaner than I've ever before!

Ate crap

I ate pizza, doughnuts and ice cream yesterday. Opps. I guess I'm looking at the upcoming diet as the end of my freedom. It's strange how I can be excited to start dieting and nervous at the same time. Hmm.
