I moved and in Vegas for the USA's!

I drove all of my stuff from Columbus to Phoenix last weekend. Then, headed out to Vegas for the NPC USA's. It has been a great adventure!

The show was great, all of the competitors looked awesome! The women were wonderful. Watching the show has got me ready to go to the Nationals in November!
I'm working out the details of my diet and trying to figure costs. (With my recent move, I'm not sure how I can afford this, but where there's a will, there's a way! Right?!) I'm not really expecting to win the whole freakin show, but I really want to be tough competition. I know I won't be as lean or as hard as some of the women, but I'm ready to see how well I can do. I WILL be in the best shape I've ever been in!

I have had so much fun here, but I realize I'm not a very good partier. After being on he road for a week, then driving to Vegas, eating, drinking and staying out late, I'm tired, feeling lazy, sluggish-crappy and all I want to do is eat a pound of asparagus and sweat through an hour of cardio. Ug. I really can't wait to go to my NEW home in AZ, start my new job and begin the long hard road to the Nationals.

Once I get back to Phoenix, I'm going to be on a mission. I need to find a new training partner(s). I had a great group that trained at noon everyday in Columbus and I LOVED it! I need someone to challenge and push me hard! Especially when I feel lazy! Now, I've got to look for someone consistant, smart, dedicated and trains in the afternoons. Hmm....I'll keep you posted! Wish me luck in ALL of my new adventures!

I'm Moving...Big Time.

I'm MOVING TO PHOENIX, AZ!!
Really....I moving in 2 weeks! There is this incredible company called TeamCore and I am going to work for them! It's REAL personal training. These people are dedicated, knowledgeable and a blast to be around. It's a big step up for me and my personal training career. I really believe this is going to be a great opportunity for me, my lifestyle and bodybuilding. I'm going to be located around the Phoenix area, but mainly Scottsdale! It's just absolutely gorgeous there.

Here's the cool part- The USAs are in Vegas at the end of this month. I am going to drive to Phoenix a few days before the show, then fly to Vegas (30min flight) to see my friend Holly win the whole freaking show! The BEST part is that Hans, another good friend, is going to finish the ride with me from Dallas to Phoenix. He's also headed to the USAs.
This all works out! I have a friend already in AZ who has helped me tremendously. TeamCore has been awesome and helpful. And I can't wait to get out and get going.

The BitterSweeeetnessss is having to leave everyone here. All my friends, family and my clients! Eek. I feel like I'm breaking up with 105 people, but they all wish me the best....it's just hard to say, "Goodbye."

I'm sorry I haven't writing anything for a while, but I was a little burned out on the computer. I will try to do better. I'm sure I will have a ton of stuff to write about in the next coming weeks.
