Lost weight

Hi, so I weighed myself today...I'm now 163lbs. That means I lost 11 lbs already (in two weeks). I'm dropping weight like crazy!!!!!! I don't see a HUGE difference, but everyone else is telling me I look different. I guess I do, but I'm just going about my business doing what I need to do and....there goes the weight! Plus, you always lose a lot in the beginning.

I'm 15 weeks out now!!

Got it going now!

I started my new diet and I lost 6 lbs already. I've only been on it about a week. It's different than the last one..It looks like this:
1.Egg Whites
2.Cream of Rice & Protein Shake
3.Chicken & Black Beans
4.Grapefruit
5.Tuna & Rice Cakes
6.Tuna & Almonds
7.Steak, Chicken & Veggies
8.Protein Shake

I'm doing a lot of cardio (well, a lot for me) right now and I'm still training heavy! Can't wait to see my progress in the next few weeks!

The Nationals Bodybuilding contest is this weekend in Miami. I wish I could go, I've got a close friend and a few other friends in it! I wish them luck!!!

Happy November!

Today is November 1st! I had a great "Thanksgiving/Christmas" feast over the weekend and I'm ready to get started with my diet. I started yesterday. I like the feeling of getting up early to cook and pack my meals for the day. At least I say that now....in 16 weeks I'm sure it will be different!

I ordered my evening suit. It will be turquoise. I can't wait.
