Enjoying 3 weeks of contest prep

I've been consistantly training hard and heavy for a month. I've been dieting for almost 3 weeks. I'm sore everyday, doing my cardio and seeing results. Feeling good! I love that active all day feeling, followed by the so tired you can't keep your eyes open, just fall asleep as soon as you lay down at 9:00pm feeling.

It's 8:22pm right now, and I'm going to stop writing because my recently trained/destroyed shoulders and chest are aching, my heavy head is bobbing and my eyes need to close. Goodnight!
