Training this week
I trained my back today and I got tired! It's funny, when I was dieting I was tired and worn out everyday, but today I was seriously fatigued from training! It was new feeling. Part of it could be that I've had a sinus infection for the last 6 days, but I'm getting better.
I woke up early this morning to do cardio! It was so refreshing. I did the eliptical for 30 minutes. My energy was up, my ipod was blaring and I really enjoyed it! I think I will do it again tomorrow! Cardio can't hurt after all the ice cream I've had!
