2 days in a row...Whew!
Hi,
Today is my well needed rest day! No lifting!
I will do some swimming today during my lunch break, if possible. Swimming is my favorite type of cardio. I feel so good after, very relaxed and worn out. Too bad I have to go back to work.
If it's nice out, I may even go for a walk too when I get home from work. I think I make the most progress when I do cardio twice a day.
My back is still really sore.
I will try to take real progress pics this weekend and post them.
