I'm gettin better!

I am so sore! My back just aches!
I feel I have a few weaknesses in my back, the balance is off a bit, but anyway, I'm sore in those exact spots! I tried to design my back workout around those spots and it worked! Well, at least I feel it.

I feel like I'm starting to see changes everyday too- it may all be in my head, but HEY- Whatever works, right?!
